Why is my module folder inside my install folder empty?

In watching the "Installing Extensions Automatically in DNN" video, Chris instructs us to go into the install folder and then the module folder. He mentions that all of the extensions that are "not active" are listed in this folder.  However when we go into this folder exactly as described in the video there are only 2 listings there:

1) a notepad

2) Razor

My question is where are the files that are supposed to be in this file per the video and how/where can I retrieve them?

Thank you,

Jazy

DNN stopped including those "inactive" extensions recently.  To get them, you can use the fourth tab within the Extensions page, to search the forge and store.
