Is the Deploy Permissions Grid available in Community Edition?

I''ve recently heard both Chris Hammond and Cathal Connely mention the Deploy Permissions grid.

I cannot find it in my sites.  I just installed a brand new virgin copy of Community 6.1.5.  Logged in as host.  Went to Host | Extensions.  Clicked on the edit icon for a module.

I do not see a permissions grid.  What am I doing wrong?

This answer has been selected by the question author as the best answer. yes, it's available in all editions. Deploy permissions are portal specific, so you access them by going to admin->extensions (not host-.extensions), clicking the pencil icon beside the module and the deploy permissions grid will then show for that module on that portal.

Aha - so looking in the wrong place.

I've just submitted a wording change to http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Security-reducing-attack-surface.aspx because you DON'T need to be on the host account to do this.  The statement on that page to login as host kept suckering me into looking in Host | Extensions which is THE WRONG PLACE.

Can someone approve the wiki page change - assuming I got it right?
