•Added support for DotNetNuke 5 soft deleted users.

•Added support for selecting the preferred display name of users.
•Added support for selecting a different user prefix's besides numbering, or turning it off.
•Added better Xhtml support.
•Added Module Status alerts on settings page. This detects common issues preventing UOL from running. e.g. Scheduler disabled, UOL Scheduler item disabled, HostSettings.UOL is disabled.
•Added ability to turn off the displaying of Super Users.
•UOL no longer takes unauthorized users into account.
•Fixed issue where UOL interferers with core in some situations.
•Fixed horizontal alignment issue.
•Fixed issue where a user can be listed multiple times if logged into parent and or child portals.
•Changed language wording on New Today and New Yesterday to be a little more clear on what this actually means.
•Removed dependency on legacy connection string in web.config file.
•Upgraded project to ASP.Net 2x.
