Test User asked the question The case of the disappearing login fields

We've been having an odd problem with the /login.aspx page lately. It has been intermittently failing to display the login fields (i.e. the username and password text inputs).

Here's the HTML sent to the browser for that particular pane:

There are also two GET AJAX calls that get fired:

http://www.mydomain.org/Resources/Shared/scripts/widgets.js?_=1369415820120

What happened to the login fields?

Thanks!

For those interested, this problem eventually resolved itself. I did not / was not able to make any changes that would have fixed the issue.

Malcolm Bradley answered the question Flash layer obscuring other content

Hi Duder - I have this in the code snippet already
My problem is there is another module using Flash and the two just get jumbled. I'd hoped to use z-index settings to separate the two but no joy at all....apart from Chrome where it works perfectly!

Joe Brinkman answered the question All question links broken in my Activity Feed

Some Journal entry types were using an old format. We are applying some conversion scripts to resolve those and they should be cleaned up by the early next week.

Sebastian Leupold answered the question web api implementation

oops, my bad, there seem to be a new version installed, which handles HTML encoding differently and old posts have not been migrated properly.

Sebastian Leupold answered the question Content Localisation - How does it handle complex modules and editing?

Question 1: no
Question 2: only modules with module-specific content (i.e. based on moduleId) are working properly, all other modules (multilingual modules, module with general content from external source, per install or per portal) are not supported.

Sebastian Leupold answered the question "Stay in Edit Mode" not working across pages

please try it using a different browser, it might also be caused by a corrupted cookie, i.e. clearing local browser cache might help.

nick karatz asked the question Custom registration form type in registration page issue

Hello everyone,
I use dnn 6.2.6 and I want to add some additional registration fields from profile properties. I have set registration form type to custom, set registration fields with everything I wanted, created a new registration page, added users and roles module kept only add user, set my registration page to Registration page.
The result is that the registration fields are the default, no matter what I do. Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong, or how can I succeed what I want?
Thank you in advance.
