DNN 4.0.2 installation failure...any clues? 

 I am re-installing DNN 4.0.2 on a Win 2003 server with ASP.NET 2 installed.  I have successfully installed it previously, but wiped out the SQL tables, etc.   cleanly installed the files and re-did the website in IIS.  I'm getting this result upon browsing to the site.   Permissions are full control on the DotNetNuke root for NETWORK SERVICE.

Any clues?
