Upgrade 4.7 error defaultskin 

I have updated to 4.7 version, all it's working... but trying to create new portal appear this error:

Don't forget, clear cache and reset application after upgrating... :D

I have no problem creating a new portal on a fresh install of 4.7.0. After you get the error, does the new portal show up on the Host-->Portals page?
