4.0.2 installation security issues 

Hello,
I have tried to install 4.0.2 on a Windows Server 2003 64-bit and Windows XP Professional running IIS6 and .NET Framework 2.0. Both installations have failed due to security issues. After reading many posts I have given the accounts network service, aspnet and iusr_XXX full control over the directories.

Still the installation fails. Mostly with a complaint that it needs access to web.config. Which it has according to Windows Explorer. I can see that the installation makes a table (Version) in the database, so the connection string should be OK.

Does any "veterans" on 4.0.2 have a list of security fixes, changes to config files, etc. that should be looked into?
