Problems with install of 4.8.2 starter kit 

Okay, I followed the directions in the install doc to install the starter kit.  Then I load up my VS2008 and select new web project / file system / dot net nuke project.  When I click okay and VS begins creating the project  I get 5 error messages stating that the following files were not found in the template and the project may not build correctly:

  1. ControlWindow.js
  2. SpellChecker.html
  3. SpellChecker.js
  4. SpellerStyle.css
  5. fck_SpellCheckCommand_gecko.js

Can Anyone help?

I tried to proceed with the setup (control f5) and the database page errors out because the dnn object has not been instanciated.
