dotnetnuke4.0.3 user registration is not working 

Hi

 

I have been working for several years with dotnetnuke,and i have uploaded the site and it was working fine since i hosted.but recently it throws error which cannot register new users.please help me to solve this problem.when a user registeres on the site it says user name is not valid .also administrator cannot see the user accounts,this is a live site,please be kind enough to reply me. msfrifka@yahoo.com

this is the error message.
