Site Wizard problem

I have a 4.8.2 DNN portal with over 1700 pages and I'm able to export a portal template for it. The reason I've done this is to transfer the content onto a new installation as the current one is having some issues related to the active directory authentication service provider.

On the new 4.8.2 installation I have been able to get the AD authentication service provider working without errors but when I try to import the portal template I'm getting an error.

[HttpException (0x80004005): Request timed out.]

The template file for the portal is 39Mb and the resources file for the template is 580Mb. Obviously this is taking to long for it to import.

Does anyone know of a way around this issue?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Adrian

Re: Site Wizard problem

I realise that the members of the core team are really busy but can anyone shed some light on this problem?
