Cannot See the "DotNetNuke Web Application" template in VWD 2008 Express 

Hi,

I have VWD 2008 Express and I have just downloaded the DNN version 4 Starter Kit (DotNetNuke_04.08.04_StarterKit.vsi). The install went fine.  However, when I try to open a New Web Site in VWD 2008 Express, I do not see the icon or selection to start a "DotNetNuke Web Application".

I looked into the DotNetNuke Installation Guide and one thing I noticed under the Starter Kit installation section is that there is a difference in the images shown in the guide from the images or dialogue windows I encountered during the install. 

The guide shows the following content items (page 29) as checkboxed list items:

DotNetNuke Project
DotNetNuke Module
DotNetNuke Module
DotNetNuke Skin

Whereas this is what I saw when I installed DotNetNuke_04.08.04_StarterKit.vsi :

DotNetNuke Web Application Framework
DotNetNuke Compiled Module (VB)
DotNetNuke Dynamic Module (VB)
DotNetNuke Dynamic Module (C#)
DotNetNuke Simple Dynamic Module (VB)
DotNetNuke Skin

I'm wondering if I'm missing some step or should I download a different file?  I would like to be installing from a starter kit. Thanks.
