4.4.1 install instructions for host provider? 
I am looking to do a 4.4.1 fresh install. (My last experience with with 3.x).

All of the instructions I find deal with installing DNN to my own local machine or my own server instead of a hosting provider.  I need to install this at a hosting provider (They support DNN).  In the past I installed the source of 3.x to the host which really involved just FTP'ing the files right into the domain folder at the host and having them set all the appropriate permissions.

I am new to .NET (very new) and since I was hoping to eventually venture into the source code for learning I figured I would install the source version.  For now I only wanted to install it on the hosting provider so do I still use the source version to install directly to the hosting provider or do I just use the install version?

If I do put the source version on the hosting provider do I just dump the contents of the website folder into my domain folder?
