Not able to add new portals after installing DNN 4.0.2
Hi
I've just installed a fresh install of DNN 4.0.2
I'm not able to add new portals. (Default portal works fine).
When try to add a new portal, it only returns with "The Page Not found". I've both tried to add a new portal as a master, and child ....
I installed DNN in C:\dotnetnuke\
Where it created a websitefolder.
My application pool runs under "Network Services".
I've given Network Services Full permission on the whole structure (c:\dotnetnuke)
The virtual site has read permission, excute permissions are scripts only.
When I check the \portals\ folder I see new folders, but there are only a few sampeX.jpg, and a portal.css file there.

Any hits appreciated ...

Brgds
