DNN 4.8 First Skin Upload (attempt)

We have a working DNN 4.8 multi portal environment setup.  I am working in my portal and purchased a skin pack.

I went to ADMIN/Skins and did the simple Upload Skin process.  I pointed to the zip file on my local system and it ran through it showing a clean log.  No errors.  The name of the purchased skin shows up in the Skins picklist now, BUT in the skins preview area nothing shows up, a message saying
No Skin Files Exist In Folder
and no containers.  I thought containers in a skin pack are automatically uploaded when you do a skin upload.  Is there something I missed being a first time skin uploader?

Thanks

There are two places where the installed skins show up: Host and Admin. There are two little radio buttons on the page settings page where you choose the skin. Try switching to the other button and see if your new skins shows up there.

Hi yeah tried that, no difference.  The site admin said he is not happy with multiple problems with DNN 4.8 one of which is that it is pinning the CPU; so he backed off to 4.7 which i believe solved some of the other issues he had been having.  I'm going to go log in now and reload my purchased skin pack and see if there is any difference.

thank you
