a lots error appears ,like 'config','Null' not declared ,how does it work ? thank you

Let me ask you something, if you are a DNN beginner, are you sure you want to get into the source code of the core???

If what you want to do is to start with module development, and I do recommend you start this way, then you don't need the source version of DNN.  Download the "Install" version and the Developer Starter Kit.  The "Install" version is precompiled so you don't have to deal with that complexity and when you need to compile your module the core will not be included in the compilation.  The module compilation is very quick this way.
