problem of after upgrade 4.8.2 

sometime my portal's default.aspx page redirected underconstruction.htm automatically after upgrade 4.8.2.  how to fix it?  help me

this might be caused by the database not responding in time, did you check the DNN event log?

I viewed  my portal's event viewer.

there are this log too many.

Shutdown Details: The AppDomain shut down because of the hosting environment.
Server Name: WEBSERVER

If my database is offline what I do?

when my portal is running webserver CPU usage became 100%. then i  checked by SQL server profiler. too many procedure is running. getmodule, gethtmltext, getdatabaseversion, sp_reset_connection et.c.

sometimes many searching procedures are running and CPU usage 100%. at the time if i view my portal on browser underconstruction.html returns.

webserver: pentium 3, 497Mhz 2 CPU, 1GB ram,  iis 6, SQL server 2005, .net framework 2.0

how do i fix it? i haven't any idea. please give  me advise.
