FTB and other editors besides FCK 

Now that FCK is the default editor, I was surprised to see FTB was no longer an option.  Where can I install FTB from, if I want to use it on a >4.5 build?  Also, are there any other free editors out there for DNN?

BTW, I have no problem usually with FCK, but an issue did come up with a broken link dialog (under 4.6.2) and I would like to explore other options for editors.
