Got error when I don't use localhost and use the actual machine name 

 

I don't have any problem of accessing the portal with localhost/DotNetNuke_2, but if I use replace the localhost with actual machine name, I got the following error

add machinename//DotNetNuke_2 to the portal alias list in DotNetNuke: Login as Host user, go to portals in host menu, select your portal, scroll down settings to the far end and add the alias.
