did you add the new portal URL as portal alias and apply all file manager permissions?

The Install is at C:\DotNetNuke, IIS web root is c:\inetpub\wwwroot

Also have DNN loaded to the wwwroot (to fix the broken images issue)

SQL Express is set up for the port aliase to be 192.168.0.10/dotnetnuke

File manager permissions are for Network Service (full control) and carried out to all the sub folders in both C:\DotNetNuke and c:\inetpub\wwwroot

The config file connects without an issue.

What am I missing?
