Internal / External 

Any idea what can be wrong.

We have created a site and it is possible to see from internal.

But we somebody hit the site from the internet its not working (no errors to see)

I am sure there are no Firewall problems because when i place a easy site on the same server it works.

So there must something be wrong on the web.config file but i am not sure.

Any ideas are welcome

While there could be a problem with the web.config (not likely) or the portal alias, I would first ask you to check your DNS settings as well.  Do you have a host or sommething that manages the DNS for your site?  Can you do a trace route from home when you try to hit the site from the Internet?
