installing problem 

 

Hi,

I have a problem like this when installing Dotnetnuke_04.08.04.

Is there anyone help me about how to fix this problem???

Did this occur after install or before? You might try commenting out the line causing the problem and see what works from there.

it occurs after the installation updates the database installing.. i tried toRe: installing problem 

it occurs after the installation updates the database installing.. i tried to comment out the line but its not the solution..

i have no idea what can i do ??

You might check to see if the HTML module is still in the install/module folder, if so try going to

localhost/dotnetnuke_2/install/install.aspx?mode=installresources

if you don't have the HTML module in the folder, try copying it from the ZIP file again, into the install/module folder, then run the above url.

First of all, /website should be your top directory ...

The most likely cause is that the /nuke/website directory is set as an application in IIS.  When this is removed everything will work.   - To change a subfolder in IIS from an application back to a normal subfolder, open the IIS properties for the site, find the subfolder.   On the first properties page, where it says "Application Name", click the remove button.  Or ask your hosting support desk.
