Is it users are common in all portal? 

Hi,

        I have quries related to portal.

1] How can I assign created pages on each portal?

2] How to assign particular user to particular portal?

3] Difference between portal and site?

4] What would be the portal alias for each multiple portal?

1)  Log into the portal, create the page.

2)  Log into the portal, create the user.

3)  Not much in a parent portal, in a child portal the host is the same, just a different directory name.

4)  Not sure what you mean, all portals have their own alias.  A portal is not part of another site or portal, they don't have the same users, modules or pages.
