I am trying to install DNN 03.03.07 

I keep getting this Error

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 03.03.07

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

 

What can i do?

In your web.config check your SQL Connection strings, the error is stating that it can't connect to yoru database.   Is there a reason you are installing 3.3.7 and not 4.8.4?
