Cant use Announcement module 

Hi,

I have tried announcement module and add some announcements for the first time,

Weirdly all announcements that I added shown as field name like this below ,

  [TITLE] - [PUBLISHDATE]
[DESCRIPTION] 
Edit - Duzenle
  [TITLE] - [PUBLISHDATE]
[DESCRIPTION] 

 

What went wrong  ?
