Host File Manager File Upload Error 

I have DNN 4.7 running locally. Everything seems to function in Admin. I can upload, synch etc. In Host File Manager the same activity produces an error. In the operating system I have Given group "everyone" Full control to the entire Application Directory. I have also verified that the setting are persisting down to the Folder in question. I can create a folder however once the folder is created I can not upload any files to it. Reguardless of the OS security settings  The error I get is.

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File C:\Inetpub\vhosts\forexEinstein.com\httpdocs\Portals\_default\testFolder\Banner.gif. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server. 

Also it seems that if I go out to the filesystem to the directory indicated and place a file in it the created folder it isn't picked up by synchronize. I am attempting to setup a Host level vendor with little sucess as I can't seem to get their banner uploaded.

Anyone else seen anything similar?

I am having the same issue - running off a dedicated server. I have no idea what the problem is either.  All settings are working correctly - I can add/modify files with the Admin accounts, but the Host Account File Manager does not work.  I can't even see the files in the folder.  Network Service and ASP NET both have modify rights.
