Change host and admin user name 

Hi! I'd like to change the host or admin user name. I've full access to sql but I don't know how change it!

you cannot change a user's name after the user has been created - create a new user with a different name.

Oh! It's no possible with full access to web server and to sql db!?

Ok! And how I can create new user with host privilegies and delete the old?
