Setup PayPal donations link

Hi,

I would appreciate knowing how to setup a link for people to make donations through PayPal. I note the payment section in the host settings, but I'm not sure this is what I should be using.

regards, Mark

Re: Setup PayPal donations link

I just use a button that paypal provides and then make the button a link to the paypal payment page.

Try that.

Re: Setup PayPal donations link

You can add a standard paypal button in your site using the Text/HTML module.  Just be sure if it is a <form> tag that you modify it to work on your site.  (I have a tutorial on this available at my site.  Http://www.mitchelsellers.com)

Re: Setup PayPal donations link

Hey Mark, I had the same issue. Since forms cannot be nested, and DotNetNuke already uses a form you need a hack. Fortunately John Mitchell makes this easy with a clear answer. See his blog at: http://blogs.snapsis.com/PermaLink,guid,94277650-bd4c-445f-badf-b84646ecc8eb.aspx for the simplest answer I've seen.
