Reocuring exceptions in log

Hello,

I regularly find 2 exceptions in my site's log.

How can I figure out what's causing it? Someone experiencing the same problem?

Greetz,

Bruno

Re: Reocuring exceptions in log

Two things, basic but I'll just throw it out there:

  1. How often does this occur and does the exceptions occur right after each other?
  2. Can you upgrade your app tyo the latest version? From your logs it seems you have 4.06 installed and 4.08 is out.

Christopher Koeber

Re: Reocuring exceptions in log

The first error message is caused by a scheduler task that is running so long that it is still running when it goes to start again the next time.  Check the start times and fequencies of all scheduled tasks to ensure none are running too frequently.

Modified By ech01 on 1/24/2008 4:02:25 PM)

I've been battling this problem for a long long time and have not found a great solution at all. I have scheduler running the bare minimum, but every 5 or so days my portal crashes because of it. I just can't stop it and it's been a real sore spot at work. I've been threatened with SharePoint!

Anyways, below is my schedule setup, any advice would be appreciated (bold is enabled).
