Memory Problems

I am running about 14 seperate DNN installations (several versions, 4.5 -> 4.8) on a server with about 1gb of memory, Windows server 2003. Every month or so my sites will suddenly throw System.OutOfMemory (or something like that). A reboot fixes the problem but it feels like there's some kind of cache that's building up. I did the installations pretty much with the dnn defaults, although there as some minor module changes here and there. Any ideas on what I should  do to diagnose this problem? (Sorry, junior level sysadmin here lol)

Re: Memory Problems

hmmm well there are 4 pools

DefaultAppPool, .net2.0 pool and WR pool is set to recycle worker processes every 1740 minutes. No memory recycling.

Ditto for web resource pool (but that's not even started).

It seems that the sites are set to use the DefaultAppPool.

BTW while we're here in IIS what's the correct execute permissions? Some of them are "scripts only" while some are "scripts and executables".
