Folders created through FTP client - do not appear under DNN

Hello all,

when we create folders using our FTP client, we can't view them

under the filesystem of DotNetNuke. We are using DNN 4.8.0.

Under 'host' we are using the 'auto-sync' function as well.

Any ideas how to make them visible?

Thanks

Re: Folders created through FTP client - do not appear under DNN

In the file manager you need to sync the file system with the DB. Because the folders are created outside of DNN they will not appear in the listing until a sync is done.

Re: Folders created through FTP client - do not appear under DNN

Go to "Admin" --> "File Manager", then check the box on "Recursive" and hit "Synchronize Files" right next to it on the left.
