Rss Feed does not update 

I have an rss feed that will not update. www.brutusreport.com

The main article module's rss feed has not added the last 4 articles that were posted and skips some articles when it creates the feed.
I have done many things to try to get this functionality to work.
1) Downgraded the Efficion Article module from the beta 3.3.3 to the stable 3.2.6
2) Recursively Synced the filesystem from the host file manager and the admin file manager.
3) Re-Indexed the search from the host menu search admin.
4) Turned off the scheduled job to sync the file system as this fails 80% of the time.
5) Deleted cache folders and files from the folders and files tables in the database.

If you have any ideal how to get the rss to update, I would love to hear them.
