Account password problems 

I've upgraded a DNN V 04.04.00 install to 04.08.02 and the new version and the encryption cypher for user account password has apparently been changed between versions. Now no user account, even admin and host, can be accessed.

I still have root access to the database so is there some batch command I can run to resolve this? Alternatively is there some file I can modify torevert to the old encryption cypher?

Be sure to copy encryption key from the old web.config to the new one.  Below is an example of the key in the web.cofig.
