I am not aware of an option to prevent all caching, maybe the only chance is to edit web.config after any direct database modification to restart the DNN app.

It's no praticable solution because I change DB value every one minute! And about my fastest solution hypothesis, you know a command to call by code (visual basic) for refresh all DNN DB cashed value? In this way I can write a IWEB service with this code to call every times I change a db value.

no, afaik you cannot invalidate all cache and this would definately affect portal performance. you should use iWeb, to perform the updates via bcl, which will automatically invalidate the updated objects in the cache.
