Thanks for taking your time! 
Though I don´t exactly understand, but thats probably just becorse because I´am dumb... :P

1) First of all. I don´t need a subsite?
2) How can I apply TWO skins to ONE site?
3) What menu can do that? Do I have to write my own?

Finally I created a subportal and linked between these two portals. I did so by simply adding a new "page" on each portal and used the ability to add a URL instead (The page realy just become a link in the menu).
