Performance (w3wp.exe)

I am testing the performance of DNN in my VPS. I have found that if I have previously charged .NET (w3wp.exe with the user IWAM_plesk) or any web site, load times in all my domains are lower. Is there any way to maintain the memory .NET? With a .NET web service working 24/7?

I am using Http Compression of IIs6. My VPS has 768Mb.RAM and SQL 2005 Express, do I need more RAM?

Thank you.

Re: Performance (w3wp.exe)

You can always use more RAM.  :)

Get more users.  Then  your site will stay cached in ASP.NET better.  DNN doesn't support precompiling, so the best you can do is work with the DNN cache settings.
