Well, bit hard to tell on a shared server so cannot answer those sorry.

Well then, looks like my provider has figured out that the DB server is running a bit slowly these days. They've made it a bit leaner and the site is running better now and have offered to move me to a new DB server if it's not better, so we'll see.
