Creating Page

I am trying to create a page in DNN. Till now i have sucessfully created a skin. Now problem that i am facing is that....for a page I am using Text/Html moudle for creating a page. I insert that module and write my HTML code there. Now problem that I am facing is that I am not able to apply the css for the HTML code in HTML module. Every time I am Hardcoding the style. Is there any other way of writing HTML code in DNN aprt from Text/HTML module? Any help is most welcome

Thanks in  advance

Re: Creating Page

you shouldn't create CSS for content. This should be created portal-wide in Portal.css (editable in Admin :: Site Settings) or Skin.css.

Re: Creating Page

My problem is out of your discussion uptill now, but just thought you must be knowing it, as I need help immediately.

When I try to access a page from my Menu on the dnn site, it shows this error

Server Error in '/SysOp' Application

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

I do not understand what needs to be changed? I am actually new to the website, some other person made it.

Do I need to make some changes with the web.config or dnn.config? or something else?

do you have any idea in simple terms, which file or folder to open and what changes need to be done?
