admin can not edit

I have a couple of admin accounts for the site.  The one I use works fine, but the admin account someone else uses, cannot edit.  They see the control panel and can use it, but the modules only show the title and the rest is blank.   This is for any module, not just Text/ HTML.  They are in edit mode in the control panel.

I can create a new admin account for them and it works until the same problem happens again.

Anyone seen this behavior before?

Thanks.

What happened between when it worked for the new account and when it no longer worked for the new account?

Re: admin can not edit

Nothing.

This has now happened twice to her.  She says it was working and she makes changes that do take and logs off.  The next time she logs on she cannot edit.
