Admin custom menu and unregestred users

Hello,
I have several questions:
1. I need to add new page to the Admin menu. How do i do this? Is there any way to do it as the part of my custom module installation?
2. I need to redirect an unregestred users to the Logn/register page on every click they made. For example: I have an events list on my home page and every time unregestred user wants to get event details he is transfered to the registration. Is there any settings to set?

Re: Admin custom menu and unregestred users

1. this option will be one of the enhancements in DNN 5, currently you need to modify several tables in the database and will become unable to enter module settings

2. no, you can place a text, visible to unregistered users only, driving him into the direction that he needs to register and login to be able to add/edit events. another option would be placing a screenshot of content and any click onto it links to the login control. but as a user I would not like it.

2. I know that it's anyoning, but my client wants it this way. the problem is that image option isn't good, the display is dinamyc (event list, forum summary and etc.)
I tried to place an event module on restricted page and then to display it on home page, but I was still able to see event details :(
