Simply signup form

Hey,

I'm looking for a simple form with just 2 inputs, name and email. When the user presses submit i want this information to be send to a fixed email adress.

Thought about several modules that could achieve this, just wondered wich is best.

Appreciate any help :)

Re: Simply signup form

You will need a password, wont you.  The standard user account module could give you the most basic registration screen, but it will require a password

Re: Simply signup form

Thanks for the reply,

No password, don't need to user to be in the system. Just want email ( name would be optional ). The list of subscribers is stored outside dotnetnuke so storing it in dotnetnuke serves no purpose. asking for a password etc will probably hold people back to sign up to the newsletter.

I need something like the feedback module probably.

Re: Simply signup form

I'm using "ODS form" with good luck.  It sends the email to a fixed (and hidden) address, but it won't populate the "from" field with the user's email which it doesn't sound like you need.
