Best Practise for Reviewing Source Code for a Module?

We have a development environment which has Server 2003, IIS, SQL Server, NET Framework v2.0 and DotNetNuke 4.8.4 Source Code Installation.

Currently my teammate is responsible for reviewing source code of  a module.

We have both PA and Source Code version.

How should i set up the environment for her?
