Send eventlog items does not work 

I'm try to enable sending email notefigations on errors in the event log. I do not get it to work, what I did:

- enable the smtp server (test it and it works fine)

- go to the event log and -> edit log settings ->edit MODULE_LOAD_EXCEPTION and changed to Email Notification Settings  to send email to the address I have tested.

- no email is send when the occours an error.

 

Do i have to enable more settings somewhere else.

I've also experienced this, but I didn't look into it further. Can someone else check and confirm it?
