Reccomendations for form module?

I'm wondering what the consensus is for the best form module for DNN. I have several sites that need some pretty extensive forms created and I'm trying to not only make them functional but styled well to boot.

I've worked with XMod in the past, but the development time is just too much for these upcoming projects. I've also been tooling around with DataSprings Dynamic forms for the past week, and while their support is top-notch. The way the module creates the form with tables is creating havoc between FF and IE and I just can't get the layout to behave correctly.

The ability to export to CSV / XLS is required along with having options for date w/ calendar and the usual assortment of fields (Checkboxes, drop-downs, multi-select combos, file upload, etc). Of course, the ability to fire off a email based upon responses is also a necessity.

Is this possible and does it exist? Help?

You should also check out form Master and Enterprise forms, these two should achieve what you want as far the the features are concerned.

Re: Reccomendations for form module?

I recommend following: Enterprise forms and form Master

I don't recommend following: H20 (it is a good module, but documentation is not good as a newcomer could understand compared to other modules above)
