Problems with the Windows Live ID sign-in feature

Hello,

I followed the article Mitch wrote on adding Windows Live ID and was successful at adding it to my login area; as well, logging in went smoothly...adding myself to the site during registration as well. It wasn't until I tried logging out and selecting to "Sign-off Windows Live?", too, that I was redirected to a Windows Live ID Sign-Out page where I was informed I was successful at signing out of Live ID, but I couldn't sign out of the website itself.

I tried pressing the "Try Again" button, but that didn't work, either. And, pressing the "Done" button returned me to the site where I was still logged in.
After searching the Net and related forums, I'm comming away with a blank. What's equally puzzling is that after I close the browser and open anew, I return to the site and I only have to press the login button and I'm in...no request for credentials.

Can anyone help understand what might be happening here? And, do you think caching from PageBlaster might be part of the problem? Here's a screenshot of the Live ID screen I got when trying to exit.

This is what helped me when I was using 4.7.

I think it's supposed to be fixed in the current version because I updated several times since than and the feature is still working correctly.

Re: Problems with the Windows Live ID sign-in feature

I'm using the current version (4.8.xx) and I'm getting this error. I read the explanation in the thread you gave me, thank you...but it's a procedure I'm not capable of doing. I did read where this was going to be checked and possibly fixed, but I suppose it's still a bug for now...or at least for me.

You must have not read the thread to the very end, because the procedure is quite simple and you are most definitely capable of doing it. All you have to do is download archive with the fixed DLL, unpack it and upload it to your server, substituting the DLL you currently have (DLL is in "BIN\Providers" folder).
