Ability to authorize or unauthorize a user account 

Hi

Im new to DNN & was wondering how i could give a "Power User" the ability to authorize or unauthorize a user account without getting any additional privaliges.

You can't do this through the core of Dotnetnuke.  You might be able to do it with a third party module called User Manager from Work Control.  http://www.workcontrol.com/Products/UserManager/ProductInformation/tabid/82/Default.aspx

There are really only two options for this if you want to prevent the person from performing other admin tasks:

  1. 3rd party module (either created by yourself or search on SnowCovered to find one)
  2. Wait for that functionality in 5.0 (not sure which release though, but it is on the roadmap)

Otherwise there is no way to give a non-admin access to that sort of functionality.
