Help - caching problem with text/html module 

Hi, I'm running 3.1.1. I have text/html module on my homepage. I can update the content fine when I'm logged in, but as soon as I log out I see the old version of the page before I did the edits. The only way I can seem to fix it is by restarting the site by changing web.config. I have tried clearing the module cache but that does nothing. Help please!
