Message Object reference not set to an instance of an object when logging in as ADMIN 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object message is displayed when attempting to login as the ADMIN.  I can log in using a general user without issues.  THis only occurs with ADMIN.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
