Open Menu Item in New Window 

I thought this used to be functionality of the menu - but I cannot seem to find it.  I have a main page in my menu that needs to link to an external site and my client wants it to open in a new window.  I'm using the DNN Nav control in my Skin - and using DNN Version 4.8  --- Any simple alternatives/fixes?
