Maybe this could help some folks out....

First of all, Go Daddy hosts my site. So I used the Go Daddy sitemap generator and I came to find it only included URLs that are PARENT PAGES. So I tried using different sitemap generators and had the same problem (no child pages were included).

Here's the important factor: Go Daddy will not let you install DNN in the root diectory.  This being the case, when you use the Google Webmaster Tools, you can't simply set up your site as www.mywebsite.com, you have to set the it up as www.mywebsite.com/dotnetnuke

Once I did this, using the DNN site map tool, I was able to submit the sitemap to google and it saw all of the parent and child pages. Using the google webmaster tools, select the "add code search sitemap" and submit.

You can run your DNN site on GoDaddy inm the root directory.  I am doing it on www.sqlclr.net.  You have to install it into their subfolder, and then move it up to the root.  Make sure that you have the portal alias defined before you try to do that though.  It will not work otherwise.
