Actions button disappeared

Hi all,

When I view my modules in "view" mode, I have containers turned off and that works correctly. However, when I'm in design or edit modes, I used to see a small dropdown arrow (with options such as "move", "settings", etc.) at the top left corner of the container which has now disappeared. I have always been using DNN out of the box containers and don't know why this has happened. I tried turning on/off containers at the host, site, page, and module levels; none of which helped.

Please throw out some suggestions since one of the modules I purchased has features that are only accessible through that arrow.

Thanks,

Shmuel

Re: Actions button disappeared

this might be a caching issue, I suggest to restart the application in Host Settings.

Re: Actions button disappeared

Thanks Sebastian. We restarted the app and it still isn't there. We also copied the /Admin/Containers folder from a known working site and it still didn't show up. Alos, containers are turned off for all modules/panes while in view mode or logged out. Am I missing a setting? Most (if not all) modules' view permissions "Are inherited from page".

Are there any other steps we can take to rule out certain possibilities?

Thanks,

Shmuel

Re: Actions button disappeared

We've now tried installing other containers using the file system and that hasn't worked. Any other ideas? I'd like to provide a screenshot to anyone that's interested.

Thanks!
